Responsibilities
Lead commissioning projects from planning through turnover, ensuring technical excellence and on-time delivery
Manage project budgets, schedules, and quality across multiple concurrent assignments
Coordinate commissioning plans, QA/QC reviews, and functional performance testing
Direct vendors and contractors during on-site testing and start-up
Collaborate with clients, engineers, and construction teams to achieve seamless system performance
Support proposal development, client engagement, and business growth initiatives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction, or related field (or equivalent hands-on experience)
5+ years of commissioning or mission-critical infrastructure experience
Strong understanding of MEP systems, construction processes, and project management best practices
Excellent leadership, communication, and client management skills
Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment
Proficiency with MS Office and commissioning management tools
