Director of Sales (US & Canada)
Apera AI is an innovative startup at the forefront of robotics, AI, and machine vision technologies. They are seeking a revenue leader who will own pipeline, forecast, and expansion in the US and Canada, focusing on both field execution and strategic acceleration.

Responsibilities
Achieve 100%+ revenue targets
Be on-site with customers 3–4 days a weeks 3 out of every 4 weeks
Coach SAMs and BDMs on customer qualification, progression, and expansion
Run tight weekly deal clinics and activity audits
Drive CRM accuracy and forecast precision
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in technology or manufacturing sectors
Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed revenue targets
Experience in coaching and developing high-performance sales teams
Strong understanding of CRM systems and sales forecasting
Ability to engage with executives at top manufacturing accounts
Willingness to travel and be on-site with customers 3–4 days a week
Preferred
Experience in robotics, AI, or machine vision technologies
Background in building and scaling sales processes in a startup environment
Familiarity with pipeline management and sales cadence discipline
