Conduet is redefining customer service in gaming and sports through AI. They are seeking a Product Lead to anchor their US-based product operations and help translate vision into execution for their AI platform, gameLM.

Responsibilities

Translate strategy into execution – Work with CPO/CTO to turn product vision into quarterly goals and measurable outcomes

Own roadmap delivery – Manage product backlogs, sprint priorities, and release schedules across multi-zone teams

Champion product quality – Partner with QA and Engineering to meet AI accuracy thresholds and UX standards

Monitor AI performance – Collaborate with Evals and QA to track hallucination incidents and model reliability

Stay customer-aligned – Work with Customer Success and POC teams to feed implementation insights into the roadmap

Use data to drive impact – Connect AI performance metrics to product KPIs

Run discovery sprints – Lead validation of new features, integrations, and AI enhancements

Report clearly – Provide structured updates to leadership on delivery progress and trade-offs
