Responsibilities

Lead Component Obsolescence Team serving as the primary technical point of contact for PAC-3 electronics hardware for Launcher and Missile
Help direct build-up of subassemblies after component LTB; LM and supplier
Monitor production completion of LM “make” assemblies when consuming Obsolete components
Awareness/tracking of configuration updates, system compatibility across missile, launcher, and sensor platforms
Key interface with EvDev/Prod Obsolescence counterparts
Key interface with Spares, Inventory, Failure Analysis, Reliability, Depot, to drive conversation on impact of obsolescence, config updates, and future needs
Shape relationships and communication flow between all PAC-3 Obsolescence partners
Semi-annual SOR: set agenda, coordinate with USG, guide power point slides development, run slide reviews, lead meeting

Required

Must be a U.S. citizen
Ability to obtain a secret clearance
Experience as an Electrical Engineer
Proven problem solver with excellent troubleshooting skills
Strong communication skills
Leadership skills
Experience in supporting hardware obsolescence contracts
Ability to lead a Component Obsolescence Team
Experience in monitoring production completion of assemblies
Awareness of configuration updates and system compatibility
Experience in interfacing with various teams such as Spares, Inventory, and Reliability
Ability to shape relationships and communication flow between partners
Experience in coordinating meetings and guiding presentations
