Responsibilities
Drive High-impact initiatives by leveraging Salesforce
Write Apex, create Flows, manage current Salesforce integrations, and contribute to new Salesforce integrations
Partner with teammates to lead the effort to migrate active process builders to flows
Collaborate with the Operations and Client Service teams to improve efficiency across all platforms
Become familiar with IEQ’s policies and processes
Create recurring reports and dashboards to track data flow and monitor processes
Document different aspects of our Salesforce environment and evaluate for efficiency and functionality
Drive optimization of the firm’s Salesforce structure through analysis of workflows and by reducing objects or records to enhance the overall Salesforce environment
Support the Platform Product Manager in executing roadmap initiatives and platform governance standards
Participate in testing, deployment coordination, and release management to ensure consistent delivery across environments
Stay current with Salesforce releases and best practices, providing recommendations for continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
At least 3+ years of experience in Salesforce administration or platform management
Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM-201)
Ability to analyze complex data sets and work with relational databases
Ability to create and deliver compelling and clear presentations using Salesforce tools
Strong project management skills and capable of meeting tight deadlines
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate among teams
Ability to think critically and anticipate issues
Good verbal and written communication skills
Good relationship-building skills both inside and outside of the organization
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume, high-pressure environment
Curious, excited to solve big data challenges, and possess a 'no task is too small' mentality
Bachelor's degree required
Preferred
Salesforce Platform App Builder certification
Salesforce Platform Developer I certification
Hands-on experience or working knowledge with OmniStudio, Apex, SOQL, or programmatic development fundamentals (not required but encouraged)
Familiarity with Salesforce change and release management tools (e.g., DevOps Center, Change Sets)
Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Financial Services Cloud
Experience working alongside external developers, consultants, or managed service providers
Understanding of integration patterns and comfort working with API-based connections (e.g. data warehouses, financial platforms, third party apps, etc.)
