The Senior Manager of Partnerships will be responsible for building and scaling the partner ecosystem, focusing on strategic partnerships that drive revenue and customer acquisition in the shipping and ecommerce sectors.

Responsibilities

Identify, negotiate, and close strategic partnerships with shipping carriers, 3PLs, ecommerce platforms, fintech companies, and SaaS providers
Build a scalable referral and integration program to accelerate customer acquisition
Launch co-selling and co-marketing initiatives that generate qualified pipeline and expand market reach
Develop and manage rev-share structures, contracting templates, and enablement materials for partners
Collaborate with Product and Engineering to scope and prioritize integration opportunities with platforms serving DashFi’s target customers
Measure and report on partner performance, pipeline contribution, and ROI
Serve as the primary point of contact for high-value partners — maintaining ongoing engagement, alignment, and growth

Required

5–8+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or GTM strategy within fintech, ecommerce, or logistics technology
Proven record of closing and scaling revenue-driving partnerships
Strong understanding of the shipping and payments ecosystem, including 3PLs, carriers, parcel audit firms, and eCommerce SaaS platforms
Excellent negotiation, communication, and executive relationship-management skills
Highly analytical and data-driven; able to forecast, measure, and optimize partner impact
Thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments and excels at building 0→1 programs

Preferred

Early-stage start-up experience
Experience with major shipping carriers (UPS, FedEx) or parcel audit companies (e.g., ShipScience, Reveel, TransImpact, AFS Logistics, Shipware)
Exposure to co-branded marketing or partner-led GTM initiatives
Background in SaaS, payments, or spend management solutions
