The PR Consultant will play a crucial role in translating data findings into engaging narratives and managing outreach efforts to enhance the visibility and impact of ONE Data's work.

Responsibilities

Own a new monthly ONE Data webinar: develop angles, curate guests, brief spokespeople, and run pre/post outreach and mini-campaigns to convert convenings into coverage and partner action

Translate ONE Data products into human-centered, media-ready narratives (pitches, explainers, op-eds, speaker briefs, social hooks)

Help develop and manage syndication partnerships and produce regular partner content (adapted explainers, newsletter pieces, visuals)

Serve as a helpdesk for journalists and stakeholders navigating ONE Data tools and findings

Build and curate a user community and user journey—produce assets (policy content, special insights, briefing notes) that sustain engagement

Support broader PR and media outreach to secure coverage for ONE Data analysis

End-to-end delivery of one high-impact webinar per month (angles, guests, briefs, outreach, post-event one-pager)

Help the partnerships and content leads manage a syndication plan and develop regular partner content pieces

Timely responses and briefings for journalist inquiries (helpdesk support)

Monthly community engagement asset (newsletter or special insight) and user journey updates

Monthly activity log and brief impact report showing coverage, partner activations, and message pull-through
