Responsibilities

Collaborate with senior leadership to define and execute short-, medium-, and long-term operational initiatives aligned with organizational growth strategies
Partner with Directors of Operations to plan, manage, and implement strategic projects and process improvements
Drive operational rigor by effectively deploying service tools, systems, and scheduling models
Promote scalable, monetized service offerings while maintaining a customer-first focus
Monitor financial performance, provide budget analysis, and support data-driven decision-making
Implement efficiency improvements and cost reduction initiatives across operations
Foster teamwork and collaboration across business segments
Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to maintain a competitive advantage
Provide regular updates to senior leadership on progress, challenges, and opportunities
Gain a thorough understanding of operational processes to execute "quick wins" that build momentum and engagement
Develop and manage reporting frameworks to measure workstreams, KPIs, and EBITDA results
Identify areas for improvement in aftermarket operations and implement actionable strategies

Required

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
15+ years of experience in senior management roles, with a focus on business operations and change management
Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing larger-scale, meaningful business initiatives
Excellent leadership and communication abilities
Proven business and financial acumen
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Strong prioritization skills to be able to navigate dependencies and high-value opportunities
Strong project management skills
Ability to understand the long-term ('big picture') and short-term perspectives of situations
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Preferred

Knowledge of heavy equipment dealer (Ag, Construction, Auto) industry best practices and emerging trends in business transformation
MBA or a relevant master's degree
Lean Six Sigma Black or Green Belt, CMQ/OE, or CSC certification
