Surety Analyst

Responsibilities
Prepare Consent of Surety Final Payment documents, prequalification letters, riders, and other documents required by clients
Prepare General Indemnity Agreements/Bond Applications
Run expiration lists and update the corresponding records, according to client’s wishes and needs
Maintain accurate electronic bond files as well as financial documents
Invoice and maintain account receivables/payables
Update client information following renewal completion
Qualification
Required
Basic knowledge of Surety, bond issuance and execution, and Surety bond management applications
Organized and meticulous
Ability to provide surety technical advice/support to non-surety personnel
Ability to coordinate receipt of pertinent underwriting information
Confirm that bonds are issued in compliance with surety lines of credit
Assist in the negotiation of approvals for execution of bonds that are outside of, or in excess of, surety line of credit or broker authority
Prepare Consent of Surety Final Payment documents, prequalification letters, riders, and other documents required by clients
Prepare General Indemnity Agreements/Bond Applications
Run expiration lists and update the corresponding records, according to client's wishes and needs
Maintain accurate electronic bond files as well as financial documents
Invoice and maintain account receivables/payables
Update client information following renewal completion
Strong organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skills
Ability to effectively interpret a variety of technical instructions; looking after abstract and concrete variables
Experience or education in Construction Management/Insurance/Surety
Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of proven experience
Maintain Notary Public designation and appropriate Producer license
