Responsibilities
Manage daily financial operations including AR/payables, budgeting, and financial reporting
Maintaining financial records and transactions
Ensuring timely invoices/payments
Assisting in the budgeting and forecasting process
Work closely with the company’s CPA to ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial reporting
Assist executives with financial decision-making by providing detailed analysis and reports
Be the point of contact for finance-related inquiries within the firm
Manage executive travel and expense reporting
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or Business
2+ years of relevant work experience
Proficient with QuickBooks Online, Excel, and other financial modeling tools
Solid experience with banking cycle management, AR/AP process
Experience managing expense reports and financial reconciliations
Ability to prepare financial reports, forecasts, and budgeting analysis
Understand vendor credit terms
Fantastic communication skills and have the ability and integrity to handle confidential financial and organizational information
