The Principal Technical Program Manager will oversee program information for the Structures and Materials & Process Engineering teams, ensuring timely and budget-compliant product delivery while coordinating with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and communicate the budget, schedule, and product development plans to all stakeholders

Collaborate with the Structures work package owners to define activities across all program phases: requirements & concept development, design, manufacturing, testing, qualification, certification, and transition to production

Support Supply Chain with management of external suppliers

Provide and maintain engineering inputs to the integrated master schedule to enable accurate program metrics and visibility

Define goals, track deliverables, identify risk, and drive mitigation plans; establish effective execution rhythms and tools to ensure alignment and accountability

Assess resource requirements and highlight gaps across various stages for all projects

Coordinate with other TPMs to prepare project reports, summarizing status, risks, mitigations, and opportunities for all levels of management

Manage the project roadmap within the framework of the overall program strategy
