Responsibilities
Provide prompt, courteous, knowledgeable service to clients and colleagues
Process policy changes, prepare evidence of insurance, and conduct policy audits while maintaining accuracy
Qualification
Required
High school diploma required
Property & Casualty license (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
At least 1 year of Personal Lines Insurance experience
Two (2) years Customer Service experience
Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future
Preferred
Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
Experience working with EPIC
