Responsibilities
Provide occupational therapy services within the scope of practice, following individualized plans of care
Deliver treatment, evaluate patient response, and report changes to the Physician, Case Manager, and/or Director of Nursing
Maintain appropriate clinical records and submit documentation according to company policy
Follow all company policies and procedures
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Current California OT License (required)
Valid California Driver's License
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to travel within a 15–25 mile radius regularly
Caring, compassionate personality with strong communication skills
Preferred
Minimum 1 year of home health experience preferred
