Responsibilities
Completes work orders in a timely manner based on priority
Maintain property landscaping and curb appeal
Ensure water conservation
Routine preventative Maintenance
Maintain accurate records
Adjust timers
Assist in coverage of emergency calls with other team members
Demonstrate customer service skills by treating residents, staff and vendors in a professional manner
Adheres to all safety policies and procedures
Other duties and tasks as assigned by manager
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent, college degree is a plus
Valid Driver's license is required
2+ years experience in irrigation
Working knowledge of controllers, wiring and plumbing
Ability to review and understand schematics
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Basic computer knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely manner
Willing to work flexible schedule including weekends
Legal authorization to work in the United States
