Responsibilities

Create, organize, and maintain development schedules for new products and line setups
Define and structure tasks, milestones, durations, and dependencies to support program goals
Maintain a centralized scheduling database tracking timelines, deliverables, and progress
Log schedule updates and generate reports for internal and customer visibility
Coordinate priorities and resolve schedule conflicts with internal and external partners
Support development teams in defining scope and identifying deviations from baseline plans
Monitor progress to identify risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities for acceleration
Conduct critical-path and “what-if” analyses to assess impacts from design or process changes
Develop and maintain short-interval (weekly) execution schedules
Contribute to risk management by highlighting schedule-sensitive issues and supporting mitigations
Prepare milestone tracking, issue summaries, and recovery plan documentation

Required

2+ years of experience in development scheduling or coordination within manufacturing or engineering
Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or similar scheduling tools
Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Self-motivated and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field
Experience in composites, tooling, or aerospace manufacturing
Familiarity with ERP and manufacturing execution systems
Intermediate-to-advanced Microsoft Project skills (resource usage reports, macros, etc.)
Working knowledge of lean manufacturing or production system setup
