Responsibilities
Own multiple aspects of the candidate pipeline including sourcing, screening, interviewing
Sourcing candidates via job boards, networking, referrals, etc
Conducting web research/searches
Screening applicant resumes
Conducting pre-qualification interviews on the phone and on Zoom
Resume formatting
Performing reference checks
Soliciting new clients
Cold-calling
Candidate relationship building and management
Participate in networking events
Read training materials and participate in training exercises
Qualification
