As a Senior Backend Software Engineer, you will build and scale their care delivery platform, working closely with clinical and operations teams to create elegant technical solutions.

Responsibilities
Build and own key features of our care delivery platform
Full delivery ownership: understand the requirements with our design and operations team, architect, build, automate any necessary testing, deploy to production
Help guide, design and implement stage-appropriate AI/ML infrastructure as we scale
Qualification
Required
Mid to senior-level engineering experience with modern web frameworks (Phoenix, Rails, Django, etc.)
Strong product intuition and ability to balance speed vs. scalability tradeoffs
Comfort with early-stage startup ambiguity, collaboration and wearing multiple hats
Good communicator and empathy for patients and co-workers
Preferred
Experience integrating with healthcare APIs
Working with HIPAA-compliant systems
Interest in AI/ML applications in healthcare
