Regional Sales Manager

Responsibilities

Develop and execute regional sales plans aligned with company goals and objectives
Identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for business growth
Establish pricing strategies and competitive positioning in collaboration with marketing and product teams
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty
Resolve customer issues and concerns promptly and effectively
Analyze sales data and market conditions to adjust strategies as needed
Prepare and deliver regular reports on regional sales performance to senior management
Work closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
Represent the region in cross-functional meetings and initiatives
Responsible for WV, VA, PA, NY, VT, NH, ME, MA, RI, CT, NJ, DE, MD

Required

Minimum 5 years of sales experience
Willingness to travel
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Attention to detail and accuracy in all work tasks
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Analytical and strategic thinking with problem-solving aptitude
Proficient in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

Preferred

Experience in selling hardware and/or security hardware
Experience selling to the Commercial Furniture sector
