SaaS Account Manager
PriceEasy AI is a rapidly growing SaaS company transforming the way clients manage pricing and profitability. They are seeking an Account Manager to own a portfolio of accounts, drive retention and expansion, and serve as a trusted advisor to customers.
Responsibilities
Own and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts, with full quota responsibility
Build deep client relationships through proactive communication and value-driven engagement
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities aligned with client goals
Collaborate with Customer Success and Product teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention
Lead QBRs, renewal conversations, and expansion planning with key stakeholders
Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting in CRM
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
3–7 years of experience in consultative B2B sales, ideally in SaaS or tech
Proven success in quota-carrying roles with strong client retention metrics
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Comfortable navigating complex buying groups and long sales cycles
