The role involves performing survey data reduction, creating detailed technical survey plans, and collaborating with project managers and surveyors to modify drawings as per project specifications.

Responsibilities
Perform reduction of survey field data, photographs, and sketches
Calculate and analyze field data to develop detailed technical survey plans
Prepare survey maps, including boundary and topographic surveys, plans, cross sections, and profiles using CADD methods
Communicate with project managers, surveyors, and colleagues to modify drawings in accordance with project specifications
Print, copy, scan, and organize CADD drawings
Occasional site visits may be required
Qualification
Required
Demonstrated experience using AutoCAD 2024 is desired, with moderate program proficiency; 3D modeling experience a plus
HS Diploma/equivalent required; Associate's Degree or Certificate Program in Architecture, Drafting, or similar is a plus
Must be detail oriented, with effective written and verbal communication skills
Functional knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Valid, clean driver's license
Preferred
Land Surveying experience is strongly preferred
