They are seeking an Environmental, Health, Safety, and Regulatory (EHS&R) Representative to support compliance with state and federal regulations while managing various environmental and safety projects.

Responsibilities
Coordinate environmental, health, and safety projects affecting the Company. Including, but not limited to:
Remediation of any surface contamination
Reclamation of well site locations in compliance with state abandonment guidelines
Air emissions permitting
Air emissions inventory reporting
Air emissions compliance and regulation
Emergency operations planning
SPCC plan compliance, implementation, documentation and maintenance
Tier II reporting
Implementation of safety programs and procedures
Monitoring all changes to state, local and federal rules in the above
Assist in managing inflow and execution of projects related to governmental EH&S and regulatory filings and documentation
Other projects in-line with job responsibilities
Qualification
Required
Oil and gas experience
Self-starter who can proactively manage the job functions and proactively communicate with management
Practical and pragmatic approach to problem solving; hands on worker
Well organized
Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment
Ability to work 5 day a week in the office
Must be able to pass background check and drug screen
Preferred
Associates degree preferred
