Responsibilities
Provide accounting, administrative, and technical support to the Municipal Outsourcing Team
Perform data entry for accounts payable warrants
Maintain, verify, and input financial records such as payroll and cash receipts
Perform other job functions and projects as requested to support the Firm
Must be able to travel to client locations in western Massachusetts
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED
At least 2 years of accounting work experience
Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
Must maintain current required licenses and certifications relevant to field of expertise
Proficient use of applicable technology
Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of the organization, both internally and externally
Must be able to travel to client locations in western Massachusetts
Preferred
Associates Degree in business, accounting or related field with 3-5 years of related experience
Strong interpersonal skills
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are a MUST
Motivated, service driven, strong work ethic, good organizational skills, and the ability and desire to take on responsibility

Strong computer skills – Microsoft products, advanced Excel and Word, Vadar
