Responsibilities
Own and grow the P&L for Arkadium.com — accountable for growth, profitability, and reinvestment decisions
Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap, balancing innovation with measurable impact
Drive user engagement, and retention through smart experimentation and iteration
Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Games, Data, and Engineering to align on priorities and deliver world-class experiences
Lead with insight — leverage analytics, user feedback, and market trends to inform decisions
Champion the customer, ensuring Arkadium.com continues to delight millions of players worldwide
Launch new features and monetization initiatives that grow top-line revenue
Establish clear goals and accountability, building a product culture focused on learning, ownership, and delivery
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in product management, preferably in a gaming or digital media environment
Strong understanding of P&L management and financial acumen
Demonstrated ability to define and execute product strategy and roadmap
Experience driving user engagement and retention through experimentation
Ability to partner cross-functionally with teams such as Marketing, Games, Data, and Engineering
Strong analytical skills and experience leveraging data to inform decisions
Proven track record of launching successful features and monetization initiatives
Ability to establish clear goals and accountability within a product team
Preferred
Experience in a leadership role within a gaming company
Familiarity with user experience design and customer journey mapping
Experience working in a hybrid work environment
