The role involves providing various outdoor services such as window cleaning and pressure washing while ensuring excellent customer experiences and maintaining equipment.

Responsibilities
Provide Various Services – Whether it’s window cleaning, pressure washing, holiday lighting, gutter cleaning, or window tinting, you will directly serve our customers
Create a Great Customer Experience – After the job, you’ll collect payments, do a walkthrough, ask for a review, and make recommendations about additional services
Maintain Equipment – You’ll be responsible for keeping everything clean and in working order
Qualification
Required
Must possess a valid driver's license and be able to drive company van
You will be required to report to our shop location in Donelson TN to utilize the company van and prepare necessary supplies for each day
You will be climbing ladders, sometimes 20 feet or higher
You'll need to have conversations with every customer
Preferred
No college degree required. We value relevant experience, skills, and a strong work ethic
A high school diploma or GED is not required. Equivalent experience or practical knowledge will be considered
Individuals returning to the workforce after a gap (e.g., parental leave, career break) are encouraged to apply
