Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day field operations and coordinate all onsite construction activities

Work closely with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget

Maintain strong quality control and ensure work meets company standards and client expectations

Lead and mentor field teams, fostering a positive, safety-driven jobsite culture

Review drawings and specifications, anticipate issues, and provide clear direction in the field

Track schedule progress, report updates, and communicate effectively with leadership and clients

Qualification

Ground-up construction managementBuilding systems understandingLeadership skillsCommunication skillsOSHA 30 certification

Required

Proven experience managing ground-up construction projects

Strong understanding of building systems, sequencing, and field coordination

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and maintain organized project documentation

Preferred

Clean room or advanced manufacturing experience is preferred, but not required

OSHA 30 and current safety certifications are a plus
