Responsibilities
Collaborate with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement personalized behavior plans and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques
Support children in reaching their full potential across various settings: school, home, and community
Participate in activities such as conducting circle time, centers, discrete trial training, structured play with peers, group motor activities, and crafts that directly support each child’s developmental progress
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Clear background check
Minimum of 1 year of childcare experience
Preferred
Previous experience with autism is advantageous but not required
