Responsibilities
Execute Waves’ Car Wash Procedures (Express Exterior & Interior Services) — every car, every time
Deliver exceptional customer service with energy and positivity
Take part in daily site upkeep — cleaning, groundskeeping, and tunnel maintenance
Perform physical tasks like standing, stooping, bending, and lifting throughout your shift
Learn and grow through our training and advancement programs
Qualification
Required
Customer-service experience (hospitality, retail, or similar)
Comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
Basic computer or point-of-sale knowledge
Basic smartphone/app skills
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Able to read and communicate clearly in English
Preferred
Mechanical aptitude a plus (not required)
