Associate Project Specialist (Clinical Engineering) - Onsite

The Associate Project Specialist (Clinical Engineering) provides administrative and project support to ensure smooth daily operations within the Clinical Engineering department, assisting with documentation, reporting, and project coordination.

Responsibilities
Receive and route phone calls calls to the appropriate technicians or teams
Enter and update work orders and equipment information in the department’s maintenance tracking system
Prepare reports, correspondence, and meeting materials as needed
Assist Clinical Engineers and management with project coordination and documentation
Support departmental communications, scheduling, and general office functions
Collaborate with other healthcare stakeholders outside of EIS to support projects and vendor management
Qualification
Required
One (1) plus years' experience in an administrative or office support role
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Word, Teams)
High School Diploma or GED
Preferred
Three (3) years experience in an administrative or office support role
Experience in a Healthcare or Technical Environment
Associate or Bachelor's Degree
