Utz Brands, Inc. is looking to grow their loyal, career driven, and customer focused team by recruiting a QA Technician for their manufacturing facility in Goodyear, AZ. The Quality Assurance Technician will support production efforts through auditing, monitoring, and testing raw materials and finished products while maintaining sanitation and food safety procedures.

Responsibilities

Routine Quality Assurance Testing; Product Sample Collection; Physical property testing, etc

Logging test results in an Excel spread sheet, RedZone or other computer-based format

Assist in sampling and documenting

Must be able to adhere to a specific frequency of product testing. This test schedule can vary pending specific quality issues that may arise

Performs test for acceptance of raw materials and finished products

Audits Sanitation Operating procedures

Audits Food Safety inspection

Support Research and Development with special testing and sample collection

Reports any unusual event, circumstances or condition that reflects an obvious defect of raw materials or process deficiencies in our process

Assist in personnel training in all quality functions

Maintains open communication and collaboration with all Production personnel to meet all quality specifications and process parameters
