They are seeking an Associate Engineer who will undergo a comprehensive training program to gain exposure to various facets of the organization and will eventually be assigned to areas such as Applications Engineering, Product Test and Analysis Engineering, Design Engineering, Market & Product Management, or Sales Engineering.

Responsibilities

Perform detailed technical analysis of customers’ applications, offer product recommendations, and aid in the design process

Provide engineering support in product failure analysis and testing to develop and validate new designs

Develop final product designs of bearing products and assemblies based on input from various engineering groups

Develop new business opportunities and launch new products through market and product management

Manage current business and pursue new business opportunities through effective communication with customers and internal departments

Qualification
