Responsibilities

Gain firsthand experience with the challenges of the aerospace industry and quality engineering, while contributing to meaningful business improvements
Complete operational tasks and project-based work
Maintain a safe and clean work area
Work cooperatively with other employees to meet department and company goals
Present your work and learning outcomes to management at the end of the internship
Perform additional duties as directed by supervisors or management to support departmental and organizational objectives

Required

Enrolled in an associate's or bachelor's program at a college or university degree program in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field
Hands-on experience in a quality, industrial engineering, or manufacturing engineering-related project, job, or internship
Passion for quality engineering and aerospace manufacturing
Excellent computer skills (Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint)
Ability to compile information and make sound decisions
Ability to work with deadlines, sense of urgency as needed
Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Team Members in this position must be a U.S. Person, as defined by U.S. export control laws
