Responsibilities

Drive targeting new logo opportunities for global benefit sales, leveraging the full breadth of AON’s current relationships to expand new business
Proactively manage target clients for GB across North America
Create and manage robust pipeline
Manage end-to-end sales process for complex, global, multi-year, multi-million dollar contracts
Have regular connections with internal Aon business practice leads and sales channels and with targeted clients through social media and in person and virtual opportunities
Anticipate and address internal and external client needs and establish relationships to help drive sales opportunities

Required

Five plus years, successful track record in enterprise sales for a complex sale into Global Benefits/Total Reward/Risk Management buyers
Experience in global benefits or large market health sales experience, a strong advantage
Exceptional consultative selling skills
C-suite engagement and negotiation critical
Demonstrates high quality client interaction and comprehensive sales/ marketing skills
Participates in training opportunities to stay current with all key global benefit consulting topics and research
Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline or equivalent years of industry experience
