Responsibilities
Design, implement, and maintain reliable reports and dashboards from multiple data sources. Distribute reports on a recurring basis to stakeholders
Transform raw data into structured, functional formats for analytics, reporting, and visualization. Apply NLP, regex, and data cleaning techniques as needed
Develop solutions to automate manual processes such as data entry, validation, and integration
Utilize ServiceNow modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, ITOM, ITAM) to support IT service management workflows
Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights. Produce clear, understandable reports and dashboards for technical and non-technical stakeholders
Work closely with business teams, IT, and analytics teams to understand requirements, provide solutions, and improve reporting capabilities
Qualification
Required
Strong hands-on experience with SQL, preferably in Microsoft SQL Server
Proficiency in dashboarding tools such as Power BI or Tableau
Knowledge of programming languages: Python, R, or Java
Experience with data cleaning, transformation, and integration, including NLP and regex techniques
Solid understanding of ITIL or ITSM best practices
Experience with ServiceNow modules is highly preferred
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
Ability to work with large datasets and translate insights into actionable business decisions
Preferred
Knowledge of DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) in Power BI or Excel
Prior experience in data automation, scripting, or ETL processes
Familiarity with integrating SQL queries into automated reporting pipelines
