Recommends software upgrades for existing systems and program
Analyzes customer needs and develops software solutions
Strong skills and experience with XML and Java
Analyzes functional business applications and design specifications for functional areas such as payroll, and personnel
Performs software operating systems and application engineering, including full life cycle application systems design and development
Experience in information system design, including application programming on largescale
Database Management Systems (DBMS) and the development of complex software to satisfy design objectives
