The Head of Americas Licensing and Regulatory Affairs will be responsible for driving the acquisition of U.S. state money transmitter licenses and managing relationships with U.S. state regulators to support the company's rapid growth in the Americas.

Responsibilities
Driving our acquisition of U.S. state money transmitter licenses and subsequent management of those licenses
Managing relationships with U.S. state regulators
Acquisition of other licenses to support the rapid growth of our business in the U.S., Canada and Latin America
Qualification
Required
7+ years of experience in regulatory compliance within financial services or fintech
Experience successfully obtaining and maintaining financial services licenses
Exceptional organizational, project management, and communication skills
Preferred
Experience in the crypto/blockchain, FX and/or payments industries
