Responsibilities
Provide onsite support to DARPA's Strategic Technology Office (STO)
Participate in or lead all activities in project management
Conduct technical and programmatic risk analysis
Coordinate program-funded test activities
Coordinate with members of the Department of Defense for transition
Assess performer technical progress and project outcomes
Ensure project management best practices are followed by performers
Develop point papers, slide decks, and other materials that convey the need, status, and importance of a program
Research unique problem set ideas to aid in National Security priorities
Qualification
Required
Experience in project management
Experience in technical and programmatic risk analysis
Experience in program-funded test coordination
Experience coordinating with members of the Department of Defense
Ability to coordinate meetings
Ability to assess performer technical progress
Ability to project performer outcomes
Knowledge of project management best practices
Experience with independent verification and validation (IV&V)
Ability to develop point papers, slide decks, and other materials
Research skills for unique problem set ideas related to National Security
