Responsibilities
Managing relevant company data in the GIR database, performing data quality checks, and implementing consistent workflows
Collecting and interpreting client relationship information, ensuring data integrity, supporting client consumption reporting, and managing research subscriptions
Supporting different DMG workflow tracks, defining project goals, meeting deadlines, and liaising with stakeholders
Identifying automation opportunities, leveraging tools and codes to optimize workflows, and maintaining metrics for reporting
Qualification
Required
Master's or bachelor's degree with 0-2 years of relevant work (or internship) experience
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Excellent analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills
Knowledge of project management processes
Solid understanding of databases and reporting tools
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Good business judgment
Ability to problem-solve and resolve complex issues logically
Preferred
Advanced technical skills (VBA/Macro/Tableau/Snowflake/Python) is a plus
