Responsibilities
Run tests, perform inspections, and analyze data to verify Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) receipts
Check and confirm the accuracy of incoming vendor-supplied service parts
Keep things moving by updating and maintaining RGA records, forms, and compliance documents
Dive into data, track progress, and build reports that help us work smarter and spot opportunities for improvement
Support the team by coordinating activities, managing details, and helping projects flow smoothly
Qualification
Required
Two-year degree in Engineering Technology, Quality, or related field OR 4+ years of technical experience
Detail-oriented and process-driven — you like getting it right the first time
Strong communicator who works well with teammates and vendors alike
Self-directed, proactive, and ready to take ownership
Comfortable with technology (MS Office, SAP, digital tools)
Solid problem-solving and analytical skills with a knack for seeing patterns and fixing root causes
Background in quality inspection, product engineering, or manufacturing systems
Knowledge of electromechanical systems, air/fluid dynamics, or similar technical fields
Physical requirements include frequent standing, walking, reaching with arms and hands, climbing or balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching and crawling
Individual is required to lift or move heavy weights up to 50lbs frequently and heavy weights up to 70lbs on a limited basis
