Responsibilities

Spend time shadowing the store leader and department leaders
Lead through daily priorities
Partner with leader to learn more about coaching and training
Work with leadership to set goals and expectations
Collaborate with fellow retail leadership interns on projects
Deliver an excellent Guest experience
Work with leaders to understand business reporting and Guest insights
Actively participate in internship training activities, development opportunities, and events
Foster a safe, diverse, and inclusive culture
Carry out specific duties as assigned
Walking the store and engaging with Team Members and Guests

Qualification

MS Office proficiencyRetail experienceGuest serviceTeam leadershipCollaboration

Required

0 to 6 months of experience
Strong proficiency in MS Office applications: PowerPoint, Word, Excel & Outlook
Excellent work record
At least 1 year of college or higher education
Lifting Requirement: Up to 25 pounds
Travel Required: Regional - Daily, 10 - 25%; Regional - Overnight, Less than 10%
