They are seeking a Land Acquisition Intern who will assist with land purchasing opportunities and perform various analyses to support the acquisition process.

Responsibilities

Performing land use and financial analyses

Participating in due diligence

Collecting proforma input data (house costs, land development costs, permit costs, etc.)

Assist in collecting new home sale and re-sale data to determine revenue projections for future projects

Land opportunity mapping, and ranking, and competitive market analysis

Assist with title review and exceptions for properties under contract

Qualification

Required

Students currently enrolled in their Junior or Senior year majoring in business, finance, accounting, economics, real estate development or a related field

Interest in gaining hands-on industry experience prior to graduation
