Toll Brothers is an award-winning luxury home builder operating in over 60 markets across the U.S. They are seeking a Land Acquisition Intern to assist with day-to-day responsibilities and investigate land purchasing opportunities. The intern will perform analyses, participate in due diligence, and assist with title review and exceptions for properties under contract.

Responsibilities

Performing land use and financial analyses

Participating in due diligence

Collecting proforma input data (house costs, land development costs, permit costs, etc.)

Assist in collecting new home sale and re-sale data to determine revenue projections for future projects

Land opportunity mapping, and ranking, and competitive market analysis

Assist with title review and exceptions for properties under contract

Required

Students currently enrolled in their Junior or Senior year majoring in business, finance, accounting, economics, real estate development or a related field

Interest in gaining hands-on industry experience prior to graduation

Detail oriented

Solid analytical skills
