As Senior Vice President of Fund Operations, you will lead complex fund servicing and reporting engagements for premier private market clients, collaborating cross-functionally to enhance fund processes and ensure accurate execution across various functions.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with fund managers, administrators, custodians, banks, and distributors

Design, implement, and enhance fund servicing processes with a focus on scale and automation

Partner with Investor Relations, Product, Legal & Compliance, Technology, and Sales teams

Lead fund structuring, onboarding, and new product implementation

Monitor compliance with fund partnership agreements and regulatory filings (SEC, FINRA)

Oversee service provider deliverables including financial reporting, capital activity, and reconciliations

Manage cash positions, liquidity, reserves, expense allocations, and accounts payable

Maintain and evolve internal operating policies and documentation

Liaise with external counterparties and internal leadership on key fund operations matters

Required

13+ years of experience in fund accounting, fund administration, or finance operations

Deep experience with alternative investment structures, particularly fund-of-funds and feeder funds

Strong technical accounting knowledge; audit framework experience preferred

Advanced Excel skills and comfort with large, complex data sets

Excellent communicator with cross-functional collaboration skills

Highly organized, analytical, and process-driven
