Must have 5+ years of project management experience with a commercial general contractor
Must have experience working on healthcare projects ranging up to 20M+ in value
Must be able to read drawings (structural, electrical, mechanical & plumbing), be familiar with take-offs, prepare labor, material, equipment, and subcontractor estimates
Effective interaction with contractors, engineers, architects, and team members is essential
Must be proficient in Excel and Word
Experience with On Screen Takeoff and Smart Bid preferred but not required
