Responsibilities

Drive adoption and maximize the value of Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) and its related modules, including Finance, Recruiting, and Talent and Stratajazz

Optimize business processes and streamline system configurations

Enable users to fully leverage Workday’s and Stratajazz’s capabilities

Ensure data integrity and support implementations

Help end users leverage analytics for insight

Partner with HR, Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to translate ideas into scalable solutions

Lead efforts in end-user training, change management, and support

Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance adoption, increase efficiency, and unlock new value from the platforms
