1+ years expConfidential is seeking a full-time Director of Media and Videography to lead visual storytelling and brand media initiatives across multiple platforms. In this role, you’ll oversee all aspects of media production, from filming and editing select projects to managing a team of editors.

Responsibilities
Film and edit high-quality promotional, studio and lifestyle videos
Operate drones for aerial photography and video (FAA license a plus)
Produce in-studio and on-location content
Manage event videography and behind-the-scenes shoots
Oversee all stages of video production, including concept, filming, and post-editing
Ensure consistency and quality across all visual media projects
Qualification
Required
Professional, outgoing personality with strong communication skills
Ability to adapt quickly to creative direction and last-minute changes
Skilled with professional video, lighting, and photography equipment
Excellent computer and editing software skills (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar)
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
Preferred
Minimum 1 year of professional video experience or relevant formal training/degree is preferred
Experience in real estate or lifestyle videography a plus, but not required
Adobe Photoshop: 1 year (Preferred)
