PeopleCaddie is seeking a skilled Finance or Audit professional to support a global client engagement under the direction of the Public Accounting Manager. This role focuses on process compliance audits, customer compliance assessments, and cross-functional collaboration across Finance, Legal, Sales, and Marketing to identify and mitigate material financial risks.

Responsibilities

Perform process audits to ensure adherence to internal policies and procedures

Support customer compliance audits, including conducting on-site inventory counts at customer locations and analyzing customer data

Summarize and present audit results, findings, and recommendations to internal stakeholders

Follow up with business partners to ensure implementation of corrective actions

Leverage data analytics to identify emerging risks and advise operational leaders on mitigation strategies

Collaborate with global audit counterparts to drive policy and process improvements and contribute to data-driven risk management initiatives

Deliver compliance training to reinforce corporate policies and controls
