Senior Director of Product Management, Enterprise AI Applications

Responsibilities
Define and own the Enterprise AI Applications vision and long-term roadmap aligned with Salesforce’s strategic objectives
Translate company goals into actionable AI product priorities and milestones
Partner cross-functionally to deliver high-impact AI applications that drive measurable outcomes in customer success, sales, and marketing
Build an experimentation and learning culture, driving continuous model improvement through A/B testing and data-driven insights
Recruit, mentor, and develop a world-class product team that can deliver at enterprise scale
Foster tight collaboration between Product, Engineering, Research, and Data Science to accelerate AI innovation
Create a scalable operating model for engagement with pillar teams across the organization
Partner with GTM teams to communicate product value, influence roadmap priorities, and drive adoption
Anticipate and mitigate risks related to AI deployment, model drift, and data governance
Represent Salesforce’s AI vision externally, at conferences, in thought leadership, and with strategic customers
Qualification
Required
10+ years of product leadership experience, with a focus on AI/ML-driven products or enterprise software
Proven ability to build and scale complex AI/ML systems in fast-moving, matrixed environments
Strong understanding of enterprise AI application development, from model creation to deployment and monitoring
Deep expertise in AI/ML workflows, data pipelines, and MLOps best practices
Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional product teams that deliver business value
Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience with A/B testing, multivariate experimentation, and performance analytics
Familiarity with AI ethics, security, compliance, and governance frameworks
Strategic mindset with the ability to balance long-term vision and near-term execution
Comfort operating in ambiguous, rapidly evolving technology environments
Passion for customer-centric innovation and advancing Salesforce's leadership in trusted AI
