The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching undergraduate courses, providing academic advising, and participating in curriculum development and university committees.

Provide academic advising, including advising for the HDFR minor program
Participate in curriculum and program development
Serve on committees at the university, school, and department levels
Participate on the advisory board for the department
Qualification
Required
Dynamic and collaborative educator
Responsible for teaching undergraduate courses in Human Development & Family Relations (HDFR)
Provide service to the institution
Work in close collaboration with the HDFR Department at the main campus in Plattsburgh, NY, and remotely with faculty and staff located at the Queensbury campus
Teach undergraduate students
Provide academic advising, including advising for the HDFR minor program
Participate in curriculum and program development
Serve on committees at the university, school, and department levels
Participate on the advisory board for the department
Demonstrate an understanding of and sensitivity to diversity, inclusion, and equity-minded policies, programs and practices
May be asked to teach courses in a distance learning format
