Responsibilities
Develop schematic designs
Communicate with the client’s representatives
Direct and coordinate production of construction documents
Work and coordinate with engineering consultants throughout all phases of the project
Lead project coordination meetings
Perform construction administration duties
Participate in marketing efforts including attending presentations to prospective clients
Mentor junior staff
Qualification
Required
Professional degree in Architecture
5+ years of related experience
Proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam Studio and MS Teams
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with building codes, specifications, building and engineering systems
Preferred
Experience in Senior Care or Multi-Family projects
