Responsibilities
Build, manage, and maintain all group room blocks in Passkey/V1, ensuring timely communication of arrangements, changes, and special needs to internal departments and clients
Oversee accurate posting, billing, and reconciliation of group folios; complete all required reports, forecasts, and audits per Kalahari standards
Maximize revenue through up-selling opportunities, maintain strong client relationships, and collaborate across departments to ensure seamless event execution and guest satisfaction
Adhere to Kalahari policies and procedures in contract processing, data management, and communication—actively participating in meetings and supporting Sales, Catering, and Conference Services as needed
Qualification
Required
At least two years of hotel group rooms experience in a property larger than 500 rooms
Ability to understand sales booking systems and Microsoft Word and Excel programs
Willingness and ability to learn in-house sales/catering software and PMS
A leadership style rooted in collaboration, respect, and service to others
